The Project had to be completed in a short time scale which had carefully been thought out between ourselves and the Project Team into Phases to ensure it would be finished on time with minimum disruptions; Phase I has now been complete.
The Project involved the adaptation and refurbishment of an existing Occupational Therapy area on the Ground Floor of Ferguson House to relocate the Mackenzie Unit Outpatient Clinic- an area of general clinics for patients.
The Works comprised of minor demolition and alteration works such as new partitions, internal door sets, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, fittings and sanitary fittings, mechanical, electrical and medical gas installations.
