This refurbishment was requested by the NHS Trust in order to move the Cardiology Investigation Unit to a modern building and make a friendlier environment both for patients and staff. The works comprised the adaptation and refurbishment of the ground floor of the Woodcote Wing to form new Cardiology Investigation Unit at Epsom Hospital, Surrey.
Upgrades include:- demolition and alteration works, new partitions and door sets, new floors, wall and ceiling finishes.
