Love Jenkins Associates carry out the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Clients have a legal duty on most construction projects to appoint a Principal Designer.

As Principal Designers Love Jenkins Associates will;
Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety in the pre- construction phase
Help and advise the client in bringing together pre- construction information
Work with designers to eliminate foreseeable health and safety risks
Liaise with the principal contractor to help in the planning, management, monitoring and coordinating of construction phase.
