Scope: One of a series of jobs carried out for the Whittington Hospital in North London.
The works were the adaptation of the Highgate Wing to a Smart Working Environment office. The works comprised, full strip out of finishings, fittings and electrical services, demolition of non-load bearing partitions, construction of new stud partitions with glazed panels and doors, new suspended ceiling grid with lay in tiles, new flooring and redecoration; together with new lighting, small power and telephone / data installations. The existing radiators and heating installation are to remain.
